These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tk689 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all aspects of your use of the tk689 website and services available at tk689.pro, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and gameplay across all game categories offered on the platform.

2Account Registration & Security

When you register for a tk689 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Each player may hold only one account. If you discover or suspect that you have more than one account registered in your name, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
• You must keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. tk689 will never contact you to request your password by phone, SMS, or social media. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all wagers, transactions, and activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, except in cases of our demonstrable negligence.
• tk689 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to contain false registration information, to be operating in breach of these T&C, or to have been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

tk689 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-specific payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times will be displayed in the account withdrawal section at the time of request.
• tk689 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• tk689 is not responsible for any delays caused by the Player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any intermediary financial institution involved in processing the transaction.
• Funds deposited into your tk689 account may not be used for any purpose other than placing wagers on the platform. The platform does not pay interest on account balances held in player accounts.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify tk689 immediately by contacting [email protected]. Any funds credited in error remain the property of tk689 and must not be wagered or withdrawn. tk689 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.

4Bonuses & Promotions

tk689 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through new accounts or shared payment details will be treated as bonus abuse.

5Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use the tk689 platform in good faith and in accordance with these T&C. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held in the account.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with support.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account, payment method, or personal details without their explicit written consent.
• Using any software, robot, script, algorithm, or automated system to access, interact with, or manipulate the platform, its games, or its results in any way not expressly permitted by tk689.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer on the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that tk689 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful activity in connection with the platform.

tk689 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any accounts identified as being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities and all funds in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

6Responsible Gaming

tk689 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their activity. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time. Once set, deposit limits may be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by contacting [email protected]. During a time-out, the Player's account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers may be placed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk689 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform or its services.

tk689 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk689 reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify any aspect of the platform at any time without notice.

9Privacy & Data Protection

tk689 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference. 10Amendments to These Terms

tk689 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised T&C, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after updated T&C have been posted will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms in their entirety.
